About REXROID

IT service provider based in Aleppo, Syria. We deliver infrastructure, network, and cloud projects for organizations across Syria. Our standard: the result looks exactly like what was agreed at the start.

Who we are

REXROID is an IT service provider based in Aleppo, Syria. We plan and implement technical projects in infrastructure, networks, cloud, and security. Our clients include businesses, public institutions, and healthcare facilities.

The reason REXROID exists is straightforward: there are technically skilled IT professionals in Syria. What's rarer is someone who manages a project from the first requirement all the way to the last page of documentation — leaving the client with a clear picture of what was built and why.

That's our standard. Not as a promise on a website, but as the benchmark we hold our own projects to.

What defines us

Four things we insist on in every project — not because they sound good on a website, but because projects fail without them.

Documentation that's actually usable

Network topologies, firewall rule sets, credential structures, handover protocols — all prepared so your IT team can work with them without having to ask us first.

Implementation without surprises

We know the technical conditions on the ground: available hardware, local supply chains, network infrastructure, and on-site requirements. What we commit to, we plan with those realities in mind.

No technical lock-in

We build systems your team can manage independently after handover. No proprietary configurations that only we understand. What we build belongs to you.

Defined milestones, regular updates

No silence until completion. We communicate project status regularly, flag deviations early, and document decisions in writing — so you always know where things stand.

How a project runs

No project starts with a quote. It starts with understanding what you actually need.

1

Assessment and requirements

We analyze your existing environment, clarify requirements and priorities — and flag anything that doesn't make sense from our perspective.

2

Technical proposal for review

You receive a concrete implementation plan with components, architecture, timeline, and costs — in writing, for review and sign-off.

3

Implementation, handover, documentation

At project close, you receive complete technical documentation and a formal handover protocol. The project is only finished when everything is documented and accepted.

For clients managing the project remotely

If you're responsible for a project in Syria without being on the ground yourself, you need more than technical competence. You need someone who communicates proactively, puts agreements in writing, and flags problems before they become delays.

We have experience in exactly this setup. Project reports, status updates, and technical questions: in German or English, in whatever format fits your internal processes.
